Jack McConell brokered a deal to try and help out some of the most underpaid, undervalues people in Scottish society - its teachers. Having beaten out the deal, the Scottish executive have no indicated there is NO MONEY to meet the promises made and McLeish will do nothing to help.

So, Scotland, a country with a gigantic GDP leaves its teachers, like many of its children close to, or in poverty still- because we exist to serve Westminster apparently.
