The so called Scottish parliament, run so ineptly as it is by London poodles, has decided NOT to publish ,minutes of cabinet meetings held by the Scottish "executive" to keep their meetings more "fruitful"

Jim Wallace, the justice ministe said documents may be released 20 days after such meetings to help local authorities.

So much for freedom of information.
