A bridge too far

Robbie the Pict, Scottish independence campaigner and bain to the numb-minded London loving Scottish 'parliament' has in his possession a document that was supposed to make legal the collection of tolls of the ugly, collapsing Skye bridge.

this doucument is undated and unsigned and is therefore probably NOT legally binding and neither Robbie no r any other Scot should pay to use this damned bridge.

Robbies conviction for refusing to pay the toll may well be a breach of the European convention on Human Rights which becomes law in Scotland and England this October. Why? He was not told WHY his appeal against his sentence had been thrown out by Lord hardie!!
