Labour tries to bribe Scots electorate
Gordon brown, the chancellor, is to be reported to Britains top civil servant (Sir Andrew turnbul) over claims he broke government rules by making a major jobs announcement during the Scottish election campaign.

Fiona Hyslop, the SNPs parliament spokesperson, said: "The Labour partys arrogance is breathtaking. They seem to believe that they can use public resources for party campaigning. We will be making a formal complaint to the cabinet secretary. "

It is ILLEGAL for civil servants in Scotland to make announcements that may influence elections.
