Scottish Roads being neglected

The budget to maintain and improve Scottish roads has been stripped to the bone by London over the past 5 years. Government figures show Westminster altering spending from £208m in 1994 whilst Scottish local authorities starved via the barnett formula spent another £196m. By 1998 these figures had halved to SUBSIDISE THE RAPE OF THE SCOTTISH HEALTH AND EDUCATION SYSTEMS.

Now, thanks to to Scots stupid enough to vote Labour we will see tolls on the M8 to make up the shortfall, well done Labour voters.
