Both the Scottish secretary John Reid and chancellor Gordon Brown have declined the invitation to explain why almost £900m in EU aid destined for Scotland would go to England instead!

This should NOT be an invitation but a direct order to appear. The Scots tax payer bank rolls Westminster with taxes from finance, hi-tech and oil and gas , we have a right to see where the tax we pay goes and how much aid the EU gives back to help us.

These two are criminally negligent in their behaviour.
