Dithering House of Lords to interfere in Scottish Parliament

It is undemocratic and presumptuous enough that Westminster feels it has the right to veto or amend laws passed by a duly elected Scottish parliament, but that the House of Lords, a collection of aged, unelected, unenlightened fools should have any say in Scotlands destiny is unacceptable.

Blair needs to keep his promise and replace the Lords with an elected body.
