Both the labour party under Blair and the Tories under Thatcher went on the rampage selling houses built with public cash to voters. Now that labour is in trouble with the Scottish unions, and given most of these people live and work in Glasgow, and have up until now voted Labour- how convenient THEY and not the SNP areas of Scotland should be allowed to sell these homes tax free....
