Scottish parliament a commodity rather than a place of government

With costs for Scotlands new parliament building spiraling, with its project manager gone and with its powers still limited and reserved and vetoed and controlled by London, we could now see the building being RENTED (leased) back to the Scots people!

No doubt some rich London based property owner would let it fall into disrepair, the ultimate snub, the 'slum parliament' coming your way. Blocked 'bogs', graffiti in the stalls, roaches in the 'debating' chamber. A parliament fit for a non-nation. A parliament fit for a COLONY called Scotland.
