Scots elderly snubbed as their health care deemed unimportant by London
£20m ($35million) is needed by the labour Scottish executive in Scotland to pay for
health care of Scotlands elderly. London Labour says that as the Scottish executive (it is NOT a government) promised this in the last Scottish 'election' it will have to fund it itself!
