We all saw how London manipulated the American deal to carry freight into and out of Glasgow Prestwick airport as it meant less business for London and the South East of England. The Forth port authorities must be mad if they think the same people will let the Scots have their own competitive ferry services running from Rosyth!!!

The idea will get canned by Westminster.

If the Scottish parliament had any gumption (it DOES NOT as its Labour run and London controlled) it would say that ALL transportation issues are devolved matters to the Scottish parliament and people and immediately authorize construction and to hell with what London wants.
