Rather than killing of the Scottish fishing industry, the EU appears to have taken on board Scottish fisherman requests to protect the spawning grounds of key species to reach an equilibrium and sustainable fishing throughout the North sea.

That's good news for Scots fisherman and good news for species stability in Scottish waters.
