Blair has abandoned plans to terminate links between the Labour party and the trade union movement and is to bring in a new law giving unions the right to fund MPs.

One labour MP said " There are 13 unions affiliated to the Labour party, so we will be getting as much as £11,500 in additional campaign funds....""

At the same time SNP supporters, even though they hold "UK" passports, are NOT allowed to give monies to their party of choice.
