SNP would boost health and education in REAL TERMS

The SNP have now stated clearly that by NOT taking the 1% cut in income tax proposed by the London chancellor, they could increase Labour’s programme for spending on health by£260 million and produce an extra £192 million for education over the four-year term of the Scottish parliament.
