Scots drivers cash taken with legal backing

The Erskine bridge is a major crossing point for Scottish drivers each day. However, the collection of tolls there was NOT legal. Sarah Boyack, the transport minister pushed a bill through to make the collection of tolls legal, and said NO REFUNDS would be made for the period during which cash was collected illegally. £800,000 ($1.5 million) cash was collected illegally and Boyack even refused to give this cash to charity.

So much for representing the people.

Boyack was also responsible for the foul in in road repairs. Perhaps she needs to go and work with the other sheep if Westminster full time?

She also declined to give the money wrongly collected to charity.
