Tories push English Nationalism

David McLetchie, the Scottish Tory leader has backed the idea that ONLY English MPs in Westminster should be allowed to vote on issues that the speaker of the house of commons in London deems English in content.

McLetchie intimated that English MPs (MPs sitting in English parliamentary seats, rather than English by birth that is....) could NOT vote on policies devolved to Scotland.

This is all fine and well except SCOTLAND has NO VETO over legislation that would harm Scotland, but Blair and Westminster can veto ANYTHING they feel like, even ON devolved issues in Scotland.
