The term "Wall of Shame" (German: Schandmauer) can be applied to things, including physical barriers (walls, fences, etc.) serving dishonourable or disputed separation purposes (like the Berlin Wall and the American border wall), physical and virtual bulletin boards listing names or images for purposes of shaming, and even lists in print (i.e., walls of text naming people, companies, etc. for the purpose of shaming them, or as record of embarrassment). It's undeniable that the "Scottish Government" in it's role as colonial overseer of the Scots on Westminster's behalf is now firmly adrift from the views and desires of the #YES movement.

Newspaper reports, social media, videos, and sound-bites of the depressingly pro-union "main stream media" are strewn with countless examples of how the people of Scotland  have been duped into an SNP1-SNP2 mesmerised state that is gnawing away at the majority will to be independent.

Note, that's to be independent. Not to enter a loop of "neverendums".  Independence is the priority, and yet at every turn the SNP NEC, it's gender obsessed acolytes and even the last two Lords Advocate have conspired to divert and discourage  #YES to mollify the Unionist minority in Scotland and the colonial masters in Westminster.

Why this blog?

• Questionable actions by the Lord Advocate (and possibly the Scottish courts) siding with Westminster against the common good
• Legislation designed to gag free speech
• Scottish Government Public policy that attacks the most vulnerable 
• Actions by Westminster that are patently racist (anti-Scottish)  in nature
• Abuses of power by any public figure or media outlet

 Polite protest isn't.

How dare the Aberdeen Independence Movement (AIM), a wokey wholly owned subsidiary of the nuSNP, dare lecture #YES on how to behave in public, online, at hustings, or when confronting the Unionists who are only to happy to freeze us to death this winter and who starved people to death via austerity they voted in via colonial HQ that is Westminster. How dare they.

For your delectation here is their diktat. 

Stewart Hosie, (Scottish National Party MP for Dundee East) insulted every #YES member who has marched, leafleted , protested and given of themselves for decades to further the goal of removing Unionism from Scotland and re-establishing our Indepdendence Salvo.Scot  as he voiced support to making the "AIM pledge" the blueprint for a "Scotland-wide code".

He spouted that activists should not use “intemperate language which would weaken the campaign". 
The SNP is NOT even campaigning. ONLY Alba is. 
It's also pathtic given attacks on leading SNP MPs and SNP attacks on women.
 

All Hosie and AIMs hot air is merely stuff and nonsense. The Perth Husting welcome for the would be dictators of Truss and Sunak ALSO deserved "Bikers for yes", Bagpipes, Bull horns, and vast piles of shit be dumped À la française.

What's more telling, as per usual,  is the SNP and its wee acolytes "AIM"  didn't even show up to (temperately) insert roses in the flaring, rabidly Scots-hating nostrils of Englandistans latest despots. I'll say again. Pathetic.

FOR THE PRESERVATION OF OUR PEOPLE AND OUR NATION
It is necessary for the good of Scotland that her government offices and institutions be cleared of those planted here who seek undeserved reward for personal not national gain; this unwarranted advantage they claim arises from the blatant abuse of powers and control bestowed by the Act of Union of 1707, to the severe and longstanding harm of Scotland and her people.

That Act was opposed by almost the entire population of Scotland, entered into for financial and reputational advancement of a parcel of ‘nobles’ otherwise known as ‘rogues,’ and to this day remains a stain on the Scottish tradition of the sovereignty of the people.

Such sovereignty has a voice echoing through centuries which demands that the will of the people is the highest authority of our nation. But the popular will of the people expressed in the repeated rejection of the current governing party of the ‘United Kingdom’ – the Conservatives who have not won an election in Scotland since 1955 – is brushed aside by this Union.

The people’s view, expressed in 2015, 2016, 2017,2019 and 2021 is that they favour and support Independence minded parties. The people mandated a referendum on Independence in lawful electoral events on a repeated and consistent basis. That there has been no resulting referendum is an offence to the democratic process, contrary to international law and natural justice and a violation of the sovereignty of the people over their government.

Both sovereignty and simple democracy are denied to Scots by dint of the intransigence, political obstinacy and cowardice of those elected to serve the electorate of England, partner to the Act of 1707.

But Scotland’s voice is heard this day.

It is the voice of a nation entitled to withdraw from a Union which was flawed from inception, has served no useful purpose for Scotland but which has hobbled, stunted and withheld her progress and development.

Today Scotland serves notice that the chains of the Unicorn are broken; the Act of Union is resiled from by and on behalf of Scotland’s people and the occupying forces of the partner in Union are required to withdraw from Scotland forthwith and to leave her territorial integrity intact.

We contend not for glory, nor honour, nor riches, but for freedom, only and alone. And that no good man or woman gives up, but with life itself.

This legal intimation is addressed to
The Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland The Right Honourable Alister Jack MP

You, your employees, staff, servants and lackeys are hereby served with notice that you must quit, leave, depart, remove yourselves, your goods, gear and effects from all offices and departments occupied within the sovereign territory of Scotland.

Your removal is justified and required by law as the result of the actions of you and your predecessors and colleagues in office. Explanations in parenthesis are given for ease of comprehension. Your misdeeds comprising grounds for eviction include but are not restricted to:
i) treating Scotland as a colony, not as an equal partner in a political union
ii) asserting the authority to refuse permission for the democratically expressed will of the people. This is unlawful under our constitution which enshrines the supremacy of the Scottish people over all other authorities, including parliament

iii) legislating under Clause 38 in the EU Withdrawal Bill to overrule the sovereignty of the people of Scotland over the state, (a constitutional provision of more than 700 years standing), in violation of the standing condition of the international treaty governing the Union, the continuance in Scotland of the Claim of Right Act and of our constitution
iv) ignoring and violating the human and civil rights guaranteed to our people under the Claim of Right Act 1689 and Scots law.
v) repeated deliberate betrayal, exploitation and impoverishment of the people of Scotland (not a family of nations but an abusive relationship about to end in divorce)
vi) disposal of Scotland’s natural assets, owned not by the state but by the nation, that is by the people, and their redeployment elsewhere to the benefit of other parts of the British Isles and for the profits of the privileged few but to the severe detriment of their true owners, the people of Scotland (This is known as pooling and sharing – we call it purloining and banditry)
vii) impoverishment of the people of Scotland resulting in untold drug deaths, suicides, hunger, malnutrition related diseases, childhood poverty and illness, massively shortened life expectancy and more
viii) wilful destruction of Scotland’s industries, steel, shipping, fisheries and more
ix) deliberate destruction of the cultures, languages and identity of Scotland’s people
x)failure to secure and promote the health of the Scottish people (the common good) during the coronavirus pandemic, causing untold deaths and human tragedies (you said 4 nations – we call it murder)
xi)Brexit (otherwise known as economic and international suicide)
xii)constant inherent illegal warmongering, sabre rattling and posturing as a bully on the world stage viz the obscenity on the Clyde and the sale of arms to inhumane regimes ( it’s beyond embarrassing to remain associated with your callous and xenophobic racist rule)

SNP and Green Hatred of All Females

­So this is 21st Century Scotland.

A colonial outpost of the "U.K." where we have to ask our Colonial overseers to protect the basic human rights of females (women and girls) in our country because a cabal of gender dysphoric people have subverted the entire political narrative to serve their skewed world views. Without public consultation this "Scottish Government" has shown it's more concerned about "pronouns" and the 0.2% (or less) of the population that uses them and exposing children to adult lifestyles they cannot hope to understand. The rights of parents and schools have been subverted. All this than aggressively pursuing Independence using Scottish Law  

Since August 2021 the SNP and Greens have done nothing to advance Independence.

They have instead colluded, without consulting parents or providing clear manifesto guidance, to "brainwash" Scottish children and some gullible "adults" on nonsense "gender theory".

Their "GRR" bill is an abomination that destroys the rights and privacy of women and girls and opens the doors to real-world predators who will leverage any opportunity to groom or assault children. 

Now we have to rely on Westminster to block this travesty,

How pathetic is that?
